Rental Terms:

All OUO Audio Visual rentals are for a period of 1 days 24hrs unless otherwise listed. Rentals are due back with 24hrs time. Late returns are subject to a 50% fee of the original rental price. (no exceptions). Please allow us ample time to check the rental in and verify the working order of the products.

Security Deposit:

We require a security deposit for all rentals to insure the products are returned in the condition they were when rented.The security deposit must be left in the form of cash or credit card(no exceptions), and is based on the retail value of each product.Each rental agreement must be completed and signed in person by the individual leaving the deposit.UO Audio Visual rentals requires a security deposit of 20% in advance for any rentals over $ 200.00.
